Back in 2020, I had the task of designing the brand identity for Immigration Equality’s annual event, Safe Haven Awards. The year’s event was unique, not only because of the health climate that made everyone pivot to virtual gatherings, but also because it was their 25th anniversary! With the “25 years of hope” as the primary key for the mark, this brand identity felt strong and full of celebration. I initially got connected to IE through Catchafire, doing some volunteer design work for them. So when they wanted to continue working with me on this branding project, I was honored! It’s always a joy to work with the people of IE and Catchafire!
